When a guy wants to transition to becoming a woman, he has to have an injury cavity made, which then becomes his vagina. Throughout his life, he has to use a dildo and insert that dildo into his injury cavity so that his body's wound won't close and he won't 'lose' his surgically made vagina.
No way that qualifies as a woman.
If you have to keep re-injuring yourself in order to prevent your body from healing, that doesn't qualify as a vagina. It's just a non-healing injury cavity.
