People who when driving signal they're turning when in the turn.......

of course only go when You feel it's safe. What I mean is that the person would stop first and they will wait. They will watch you slow down and wait for you to come to a full stop. It's kind of obvious the person will stop if they are slowing down so why not go if if it's obviously safe to go? If i blow the stop sign driving THAT slow then you'd probably be long gone before i reach the middle of the intersection lol

Under normal circumstance the other driver should proceed and clear he intersection. He is delaying or tying up the flow of traffic by waiting.
Now for the non-normal circumstance.
Lets say I am stopped at the 4 way stop and I see a car approaching with a beautiful 5' 10" woman driving. OF Course I am going to wait for her to pull up to the intersection.
I am not blind and I certainly am not dead.:LMAO:

I am so pissed off right now.
First snowfall, and the maintenance guys who take care of some of the little things around here, always put down the cheapest salt and the kind that is the worst for dogs. Two seconds on that stuff and I was carrying two dogs to the other side of the street so they can do their thing.
We have an actual seasonal crew that comes in to do this, snow removal and the landscaping in the summer. They use the blue salt that is not so bad, but first snowfall and all... We get this crap. Soon it will be the people with their cars running and exhaust blowing in the face of my dogs.
I know everyone has a life of their own, but sometimes I wish people would just be considerate of others. Back into your driveway so when the exhaust is blowing in the morning, you can have it blow towards your house. It is not just my dogs who get a face full, it is all the kids walking to school.
Anyway, end of my rant - thanks for reading!
