For the last 5 years I have a diet coke (Not pepsi- it sucks) in the morning then with lunch and dinner. What is it that you cannot live without in a daily basis.

Ah, the way I look at it: if it ain't smoking it'd just be something else...maybe painting all those cars with lacquer with no respirator? All the asbestos I used to play with as a kid? All the toxins from prepared foods? All the MDF dust I've inhaled?

(as odd as it sounds my doc said that because I smoke, the dust and shit I'm exposed to doesn't really get into my blood stream because of the coating on my lungs lol)
