Naked woman allegedly stopped traffic to pleasure herself
A naked woman was arrested Sunday night after she stopped traffic by touching herself in front of a car before climbing onto its hood, police in Orlando, Fla., said.
While on top of the vehicle, Amie Carter, 31, allegedly became agitated and stomped on the hood and threw a cell phone at a car behind the one she was standing on, according to a police report obtained by the Orlando Sentinel.
“Carter appeared to be under the influence (of) a heavy unknown substance,” the report read. “She appeared in an altered mental state, displaying extremely irrational and volatile behaviour.”
She was taken to Orange County Jail and charged with criminal mischief and exposure of sexual organs.
