Most:
The text display in the message window, in Go Advanced view.
I type my formatting tags, rather than use the toolbar, most of the time, but at most, there are probably less than ten others here who would do that. It's a lot easier to edit a long post that contains very specific use of bold, italic, and underlined words, or embedded hyperlinks. It slows me down a bit, but its a really great tool I don't see on many other boards.
Quality of Moderation:
Bad moderation can kill a board, as can the lack of moderation. A moderator is supposed to act like a Judge, who weighs evidence, and makes binding rulings, based on the facts. All too often. moderators act like cops, favouring certain individuals, over others, based on how their decisions will best suits their personal interests, or those of their friends. So, essentially, two sets of conduct codes coexist. That approach erodes credibility, and without that, the entire site becomes drivel, because the Review section becomes unreliable. The mods here make their presence known, but they aren't being someone else' balls for them Props on that.
Least:
Maximum image size in posts:
I know a lot about image sizes, both in terms of dimensions and file size. I understand that an image resized to half as tall has ¼ the area, and the file size reduces by a similar factor. Pictures use a lot more bandwidth than text.
If doesn't make sense to have no image resizing, because many linked pictures are much bigger than the message window, and when a larger picture is placed in a frame, that doesn't help most people. For large pictures, I usually post the url to the full sized image, below the image link.
It does seem to me, however, that the maximum size display is too small to display most images effectively. If the maximum allowed width was increased, without overly limiting the height, the display of images could be a lot better.
Lack of Poll threads:
I like Poll threads. Since I hadn't seen any, I assumed this feature was unavailable, but there it is, at the very bottom of the Post New Thread window, just where I would expect it to be.
The 'Bacon Obsession':
Perhaps if I was six, this might interest me, but I'm not six, I'm bigger than that. I don't get it, but that's just me. I don't want to see it changed, it's just one of the things I like the least.
