I miss the house a lot more than I miss my ex wife. I put a lot into improvements including new kitchen. I miss my ex-wife's brothers and sister.
i miss my Mom, 7 years ago.
i miss my brother who passed last fall.
i miss the car I smashed up

but, to balance it out, new granddaughter is almost 2, just a joy.
im eating better and working out, feel better than 5 years ago
and I enjoy the company of beautiful young lady's buy the hour.

I don't miss my whole life. No one really knows what's in store for them the next day, we can take our best guess, but without chance and fate, life would be pretty predictable and somewhat stale. We would be thoughtless robots.

I've made the same mistakes....all of them. Make the best of what you have and live each day like it might be your last.

Sorry to hear, but remember when you fall, there is no where to go but up. Know that just as things went wrong, they can go right again, you are in control of your life and can make changes within it, should you want to. People forgive. Sometimes you just have to be persistent in asking. Best of luck.
