Those are not real cyclists... Most of us die hards do follow the rules... From what I understand its those messenger types, holier than thou types and (admittedly) teenagers and kids that haven't been taught properly that are the problem. :grrrrrr:

I witnessed an incident a few years ago, approaching a 4 way stop. I was in my vehicle, behind another car and we both came to a stop. She started to pull into the intersection, and the guy coming from our left sailed through the intersection, well, started through, saw her, and he put his bike down, and was road rashed like crazy.
She stops, as it looks like the guy has been hurt. He gets himself up, and starts over toward her car, screaming at her, ready to fight, bleeding all over the place. I stepped out of my car, and called out to him, ''HEY, she had the right of way, you didn't stop at the stop sign, get back on your bike, or I'll call the cops.'' He looked at me, looked at the lady, told us both to ''fuck off'', and got back on his bike, and rode away.
I see that 'holier than thou' attitude from cyclists way too often. London cops could balance the city budget just ticketing cyclists in this city who break laws.
Cyclists in this city are constantly on sidewalks, and ride at night with no lights, reflectors, bells, and often ride against traffic.
I've actually watched a cyclist die, because he thought the rules of the road didn't apply. It was sad to see such a thing, but, I'm surprised it doesn't happen more often.

People that chat in the theater and/or have their cell phones on vibrate. I feel like reaching behind me and strangling them.

However, what really drives me nuts are people who are phony. If you don't like me, don't talk to me, I really would be okay with that. What I am not okay with, is you coming up to me, with a fake smile and forced cheerfulness in your voice, and cornering me into a pretentious conversation. Let's cut the bullshit, I don't have the energy for it.

Teenagers in movie theatres who won't shut up (actually anyone who won't STFU).
Was in a theatre in Mississauga; one of the rare times my ex wife and I had a date night, and this group of 6 teenagers in the back of the theatre just wouldn't be quiet. Okay, the previews were on so no big deal, but when the movie started, they wouldn't shut up, I finally stood up and said "Hey, are we disturbing you?" A smart as girl says "Shut up old man". That was it. I walked over to the group with thunderous applause, I grabbed the girl by her jacket and pulled her out of her seat, her feet never touched the ground. I looked at all the boys sitting with her and gave them a glare and they sunk in their seats. I shouted out up to the projectionist and told him to stop the movie (which surprisingly he/she did) and turned on the lights. I told the young lady that if she were my child, I would put her over my knee and give her a good spanking, ground her for a month and no TV, Radio, Cell Phone or Computer...perhaps the lack of dicipline in her household perpetuated her to be such an obnoxious child "Now sit down and BEHAVE!!" . More thunderous applause and the movie was restarted. Not another peep out of them, in fact they left before the credits rolled.
