The last few months I have been experiencing much good luck in my business and personal life. After many years of hardship, bad luck, bad decisions or just plain being naive on variable subjects the table has turned.

Not sure what you can call it. The bottom line is that I never hurt anyone or misjudged them nor took advantage of them. All I want to say is that nice guys do sometimes come up ahead. Takes time but like my old man used to say. Be good to others and you will be rewarded. It was hard to believe for so many years but I believe to be true now.

Have a good day people.

Its called Karma Ntd. And it works both ways.

Good to hear things are going your way now! :great::great::great:

Glad to hear it brother. Now if my luck would turn...:grrrrrr::grrrrrr::grrrrrr:

Good to hear good news dude. Enjoy it while you can because your high only lasts so long. Part of life my friend.

^^^^^^ what boing said....

Enjoy it, it might not last (hoping it does).

I let someone go ahead of me in line the other day (they only had 2 items to my 12) they said "wow, thanks, hopefully it will be repaid to you in spades".

I said "hey, if it does, great but there is also that saying that goes: no good deed goes unpunished" lol.....

It's so refreshing to hear about a decent person still having so much hope! Thank you for sharing your thoughts Nothingtodo :) All the best to you!

The whole Karma idea is a fallacy I'm afraid.

I know of many really decent people who had many of the horrors that this life can bring bestowed upon them.

And conversely there some real demons out there disguised as human beings who are just going about there wicked ways with no repercussions.

No the concept of karma might alive in Mayberry but it doesn't exist in the world that I live in.

I hear you man but deep down I try to think there is Karma. We can talk forever of why good people suffer while scum that take advantage and abuse others get away with murder. I do believe that at the end of the day good things will come if you are good.

Remember OJ Simpson?. Took 15 plus years but at the end he got what he deserved.

Really, he took two lives. He is eligible for parole in five years. Count em five.

Now do you really believe the Brown and Goldman families believe in karma?

Not a chance.

OK I quit, cannot fight that one.

Back to my beers.

Fair enough but I didn't think alcohol was served in Mayberry, lol.

Seriously I with all my heart wish that the karma concept was correct.

I don't believe in Karma, it would be nice but it's only wishful thinking. I do believe your actions can improve or bring down the mood of surrounding people but sometimes you have zero effect.
It's still worth trying though.

I love how both Ricky and Lahey are so stupid!

I'm not a big karma person, but I'm glad that things are turning around for the OP after years of 'bad luck'

LOL, anyway you say it it does come back to haunt you if you are vindictive.

How about just feel good about being a good person. If karma comes your way, great. But at least you go to bed knowing others appreciate your presence.

Many times good deeds are paid in intangible ways.
