I would say two of the posters I come here and read are (and this is regrettably infrequent due to juggling so much of late):

Sillygirl - I've known her since prior to my Lily days and I will always regard her as one of my nearest and dearest (even though we really only reach out when our worlds are exploding around us...). I think we're over due for one of our long 3 hour conversations. Goodness I miss you my amazing friend.

Papasmurf - I like to see that he is still doing well and is his feisty self. I still recall the first time I ever encountered him (though I am sure he has long since forgotten because it in the land before time... when dinosaurs truly roamed the earth).

Over the years there have been many whom I have met, or connected with in this facet of my life or another. I think sometimes for me I am on the outside looking in because my level of awareness is higher than others might be. It is how life must be when one moves from one point in their life to another.

I use to lament the loss of someone from my life when our lives changed, and we moved on to other opportunities. Now I have come to realize I enjoy peeking in, taking a look and just knowing they are doing well. I often hope they do the same but I live in something called reality... We all live busy lives.
