Made with Love

What is it really all about, is it really worth it?

Been in your shoes before which led me into heavy drinking. Thought it would pass but never did. After getting professional help I don't care what people think of me and I like myself all over again. Good luck Dreamblade.

Probably a combination of your recent loss ( I know you didn't lose him but this is my warm sensitive side ) and the lack of sunlight .

It is what it is DB . Circle of life never stops . Grab some happiness where you can and loading up on Vitamin D is a good idea . All the Tech monkeys I know don't see much sunlight so, if you can, book a cheap trip to Cuba . Inexpensive and the Vitamin D is plentiful with a lots of mood elevating refreshments.

.

Dream, I'm unfortunately quite familiar where you are right now, as I've been there for a long time...And at the same time I haven't got a clue where you are, we each occupy our own private hell, and enjoy our own private miseries.

I understand your discontent with your job and it's thanklessness. At work, I often joke that we are the Invisible, in much the same sense of India's Untouchables. We don't really exist until people need us, then we can be seen. Until then we're just faceless drones.

I have no experience with cutting, so I won't comment on it. On the other hand, I used to bite myself. I used to get so mad and frustrated that I couldn't take it. So rather than lashing out, I would simply sink my teeth into my own hand. Trust me when I say it really didn't help much.

IMO, Silly Girl pretty much hit it on the head.

Myself, I try to live day by day. What happened yesterday doesn't matter is it's gone. Tomorrow is of little concern as it's not here yet. Today is the day I have to worry about.

The same applies to the consequences of my actions. I don't expect them to effect the work. Hell I don't expect them to effect things down the street. If I can make one person happy/content then I've done what I can do.

I don't know what else to say, Dream. Take the small victories where you can, and watch for the little prizes life likes to through your way.

Am i the only one that sees the irony in this statement?

Skiier, Hangman is a gentleman. As such he won't expect Dreamblade to pit out after just one drink. If anything, he'll get DB drunk first, then take advantage of him.

And I will second HOF, welcome back Hangman.

I'm truly stunned (in a good way) at the support. Here, in pm, and in email.

No elaborate speeches, just a very sincere...

Thank you all.

Little gifts...

Little gifts...

There's plenty of them... Couple listed already in the thread, but are you thankful enough to see them?

Next time you go by a park, take your time, and look around you... Hear, smell, pay attention to a child's laugh or to the smell of dry automn leaves, just fallen from a tree.

Next time you're home, sit in your favorite chair, feel the warmth on your skin, the cozyness of your place.

Next time you see a dead animal on the highway, realize how life is fragile, and be thankful enough to realize how you're lucky...

I send you back the question... Does it really worth it???

I just kinda realized that it is worth it, if only cuz you guys a great bunch of people.

Who's up for a group hug?

Hugs are ok but I prefer to go to the airport to have my genitals fondled.

You like getting your balls tickled by large, burly men?

not to be a bastard here,

but does anyone find this thread a bit hypocritical?

I mean, most of us pay young girls to have sex with us, and do things they would not normally like to do.in some cases their motivation, as much as we may want to fantasize otherwise, is to pay bills, support substance habits or otherwise survive.
Yes I know, they have choices, work at Mcdonalds right?

Waxing philosophically about our condition, and our lives and how bad, sad or otherwise they are seems bullshit compared to what the girls go thru.

Leave a big tip for a girl next time you book, whether she knocked you socks off or not.

Don't understand why you would call it hypocritical. I have heard that very few SP don't like what they do. 90% enjoy sex and get paid for it. What I have an issue with is when they do 4-6 guys a day. That to me is slavery.

Putting aside un-consenting sexworkers (a separate and despicable situation altogether)....

Let's distinguish between the circumstances that lead a girl into the biz vs. the circumstances of the biz.

Partly from experience, if a person is depressed, this hobby/biz is a dangerous place to be.
