I was just watching City Slickers, and in one of the scenes, they were discussing what each person's best day and worst day of their lives were, so I thought of asking that here.
So what is the best day of your life, and also your worst day. The same stipulation in the movie applies, that if you have children, you cannot say that day, because that is too easy.
My best day was when I graduated from High School. Grasping that diploma in my hands, knowing I made it, and looking back into the crowd, and the smiling faces of my family. It was the perfect day
My worst day is when I heard that my grandfather passed away. It was 1992, and it was a few days after his 80th birthday and a few weeks shy of my 14th birthday. I was very close to him, and used to always visit my grandparents house when I was a kid, and he would tell me all the stories of when he was in the war, and just life in general. We always used to watch hockey together on Saturday nights (in Mtl, so Habs fan). I will never forget those days!
