I paid a LOT more than $300K for my dream home (and it ain't in Detroit, that's for shit sure! :LMAO, and as such I intend to be buried under 25ft of solid concrete and steel directly beneath the center of the main house when I die. I want to be sure I get every penny's worth of value back for the ridiculous $ investment made...over this lifetime, and the next! :biggrin2:
