I've been in a bad mood all day but cannot figure out why. Things are doing well at home and at work so just venting.

Many things could throw your mood into a change especially at this time of year.

1. It's been a long, cold, hard winter and that in itself can throws all of us.
2. Although the days are getting longer, it's still Winter and we need sunshine and the ability to be outside for fresh air.
3. History, any bad memories (deaths, injuries)
4. Sleep patterns.
5. Boredom, cabin fever, again Winter!

So I get up around 04:00 most days so I can relax before we need to wrangle him from the crate.

Some days I actually feel bad for the cleaning crew that cleans his crate.
