Ladies move on regularly in this business. Assuming that it's someone you were somewhat close to, hopefully you had one last encounter to say goodbye and wish her well.

It's important to also remember that while we have our favorites, this is a business, and they walk away when they can or need to with little thought of the customers. We're an income stream, pure and simple, and while a lot of the ladies may like us during sessions, few would want to be with us outside the rooms. There are exceptions, and they are special, but it's important to always remember this is a business. And we're just customers.

The one lady that I have has retired, but since I've known her, she's retired twice before. She seems to be on the right track with a steady civvie job now and I'm seeing less and less of her; which I expected. Although we're still the occasional fuckbuddy, we met in a situation she obviously wants to leave behind and I can respect that. Just good memories with no drama.
I've made a conscious effort to keep my roster down to a bare minimum (4) but I'm always out recruiting.

I've become a bit of a serial monogamist... I see a lady pretty much exclusively for a while.
