Nothing special, just a metal ring with some snap links to attach keys with. A nite-ize multi tool thingy for bottle opening and being able to get into impervious plastic packaging. Even though it's not a knife, if you rake it down across plastic, it tears it right open, but you can get the same effect with just the edge of the keys too.

I used to have a cool key chain that a friend brought back from Mexico. It was a tiny guitar made out of leather, with strings and everything.
