Hmmmmmm....Why should anyone have to choose? All sentient beings are valuable. I'll never understand the mindset of those who seem to think there is a hierarchy.
Although I consider myself retired already, what would make me happy is, more people coming to the realization that we don't have dominion over all other species. That we are here to share this planet not consume and destroy it, and all that inhabits this planet share in it's wealth, no species should have to suffer simply for the survival of another. I do have big dreams!!

I'd be at peace knowing that everyone in my family is going to be well looked after for the rest of their lives, as well as my own.

Not likely to happen in this lifetime.
