Or art, or music, or literature or all those human endeavours that appeal to the senses. I think my appreciation of all of them on a sensuary level helps me to enjoy sex even more. And as evident by my waisteline, I do so enjoy good food and wine.

I am up really late today! For breakfast, smoked salmon and cream cheese with mixed greens on little Swedish toasts. Maybe some fruit for dessert: fresh cut pineapple, or grapes (or both!).

Coffee in there somewhere too.

and later...

Will top it off with dumplings and a bottle of Chateau Neuf du Pape (pardon my French) and a coconut cream pie for desert.

Salmon sammich today (on whole wheat bread of course...), with a side of carrots (good for my eyes), grapes (because Toughb errr I mean "Fred", suggested it... LOL and they're good for my heart and immune system), and a banana! (Excellent source of potassium!)


Now... what can I do with this banana peel?! :shock:
