Gravy is a mushroom gravy I believe. I usually just buy the tofurkey and not the feast and use my own gravy. It's cheaper that way. I don't know if it tastes like turkey per se but it has a really good texture and taste.

Hahah that would be so cool! Or invite a vegetarian over for Easter and then say you bought it for them. Regular tofurkey is 14.99 and the feast is 29.99.
