Pork tenderloin seasoned with Hungarian smoked paprika ans stuffed with roasted peppers, pineapple, asparagus and brie. The whole thing is then wrapped in a bacon weave. Home made pineapple chutney on the side. BBQ new potatoes, onion, ham and bacon (kind of like a BBQ version of hash browns) as a side.
