What's your best method on keeping fit and low maintenance exercise?.

I walk a lot so my best way to keep the calories low. Anyone still goes to a paying location or exercise at home?.
 
Mini circuit training at home. I am lazy and watch a lot of sports so you can just do quick/easy workouts in-between periods/halves.
There are apps like 7min workout etc. Requires very little equipment or none at all just body weight.
Bonus: helps me avoid snacking or work off some of the calories.
