For sandwiches I make, there's a southwest chicken sandwich with homemade chipotle mayo that I like. For purchased sandwiches, in Philly's Reading Terminal, DiNic's slow roast pork with broccoli rabe is amazing. But until recently pb & j was taken for lunch, so it wins for longevity.
