He was an idiot for moving when the cop was clearly trying to stop him by blocking the vehicle. It doesn't seem he ran over the cops foot and the cop wasn't limping when he dragged him out of the car but in the end the dummy did it too himself. It was only a parking ticket. exactly.....the cop moved in front of the vehicle thinking the driver had enough common sense to NOT hit the cop with his car....lol...obviously his sense of entitlement prevented him from using what sense his momma should have instilled in him....

he deserves whatever he gets and I bet the charge would be assaulting a police officer with a deadly weapon and I bet they will be holding the ferrari as evidence....and if you know evidence rules, they hold it forever......
