Well today, the first sentence for Hayes has been sentenced to death, and Komisarjevsky shouldn't be far behind!

There should be no appeal process allowed. Both should receive several bullets to the head and have it done publicly! JMO. Yes, I'm for capital punishment and corporal punishment. No arguing about DNA, etc, a few public executions can be a deterrent!

Couldn't agree more... but I'd make one small exception... Let the father loose on the scumbags for 30 minutes to beat them to a pulp! (if he so chooses).

I had thought about the father having his time with them, but from watching him, as devastated as he appears, I don't think he could do it. JMO

Could let some of the hardened criminals have at them with a pool cue!

Sad isn't it when hardened criminals have a better grasp on how to deal with these lowlifes than our legal system. (I refuse to call it a justice system...) :roll:

The needle of death is to quick for these two pieces of filth. They should be hung from a rafter and everyday the father is allowed in to cut a little piece of flesh from their bodies. Small tiny pieces of flesh until they finally bleed to death.

Obviously this wasn't just a random act. This was the kind of act that they had built up to.
Those who are against harsher sentences and corporal punishment need to face the fact that if these two monsters had faced REAL jail time in the past instead of a slap on the wrist or "rehabilitation" this may then have never occurred.
