When should agencies reopen?

The government is slowly reopening businesses. Agencies have been closed for 2 months. When should agencies reopen with safety precautions (like mask option, temperature gun checking, extreme disinfecting, thorough screening etc)?

I voted in your other thread for another Month or two. When hairdressers or dentists can get back to work is when I think I will slowly start seeing clients again. Probably just regulars at first.

Funny, no one is asking the girls who work at the agencies when they think their agencies should re-open. Shouldn't they be the primary in this conversation?
