When you get angry at something, where do you go to as your happy place? or What you do to calm yourself?

Oxycondone 10mg and clonazepam .5mg helps me calm down in a matter of seconds.:party:
Happy Place: Walking my dog out in nature or being locked up in the kennel.:lol:

I can get medical marijuana but asthmatic. Actually it takes a lot for me to become angry. It was a joke, I don't fool around with my meds ever some are very addictive and my Sexy Lovely Doctor which she is very good at watching out for me too.

Anger=Stress=Pain Learn not worth it:he:

For me....

For me....

Happy Place= between my wife's legs... Seriously, she has the sweetest tasting most perfect pussy! I can't think of a better place...

Now if she happens to be unavailable for one reason or another, a good stress reliever is a nice long bike ride along the shores of the "mighty" Grand river....

Yeah the medical stuff is useless but if your asthmatic it's a moot point anyways.

Just thought I would ask.

Thanks for thinking of it.:happy:

I seem to enjoy breathing, you know it is like eating, drinking and having sex.:lol:

France.
Small cafe in Montpellier with a special someone.

Well it used to be in "revenge fantasies." Not the "hunt them down and make them die" variety, but the kind where you handle the situation better, be it standing up to a supervisor or telling an annoying person to fuck off.

Now my happy place is.....Here and now. No I don't mean HUBGFE or forums. I mean in the present. Quieting the mind, just be present and experience, and try to take things as they are, not how I would perceive them as being.

It's amazing what you sense when you do that.

Why get calm? Turn the energy into something productive.
