Made with Love

Which habits do you get on to people most of?.

Littering
Interrupting
Lying
Breaking Promises
Hawking (gag me)
Swearing in public. I have no problem with cussing, but other people and their kids should not have to hear it.
people who constantly correct others......
'oh, it's hot out', "no, it is quite cool actually", 'what a nice restaurant', "no, the waitresses are rude", 'I like tuna', "do you realize how many dolphins die in tuna nets", etc. etc.

Don't text and walk.

There seems to be this attitude amongst pedestrians lately that they have the right of way regardless of the situation. Jesus Christ, pay attention to what is going on around you before you ruin some driver's day.

Notice that in both Toronto and Austin........Just because the pedestrian has the right of way does not make them impervious to injuries and death.

Last time I checked most cars will will the argument can occupy a single space at a given time.

Care to translate this, pal?

Two bodies can not occupy the same space at the same instant...............My money is on the car when the pedestrian wants to occupy the same space in the same instant.

Absolutely true.

Thought about that this morning as I stopped at an intersection. Watched a pedestrian walking across as I pulled up. He wasn't texting, but the earplugs indicated he was listening to his iPod. Never once did he glance my way to see if I was actually coming to a full halt, or how far I was back from the crosswalk. Maybe I'm just too wary of traffic, but when I'm a pedestrian crossing a street I look the driver in the eye to make sure he's aware of me.

In the case of this gif, by the way, it doesn't really look like the driver bothered hitting the brakes before hitting the pedestrian.

I for one always slow down for intersections.............I like to give the pedestrians a chance to get into the street.:-Cool/"

My ex had a warped sense of humour and he used to call the hood ornament on the car his "**** target" (racial slur) and he'd freak me out by pretending to aim for people to run over.

Concur, you talking about people you know or just in general?.
