I can only sleep 4 hours at a time. If this a repeat posy, my apologies.

Then wake up after funny weird dreams. The chat play line is empty, so what to do?

Gone to other sites but meh, don't really want to mesh with them.

I have funny dreams about work, family. Trying to analyze it but after a few days it means nothing.

All overrated.

I do, I have meds......even when I am asleep, it hard for me
to reach REM Sleep....I had to do a over night at a Sleep Clinic...
The Doctor told me not to stop the Pill that helps me sleep...

I sleep like a baby. Once I'm out a train can go through my living room and I'm not opening an eye!

The question I have is does someone snore during rem sleep?

You like Train in your living room while you sleep? Now that explains the mess on the floor every farkin' morning, and the need to polish the red boots every day. Prevert.

You also sleep through a party of naked women........

Sleeping is very important. I recommend a very good pillow, make sure the room is very dark and as quiet as possible.

I sleep like a baby every night. Do snore but I just get turned to my side for the low snoring speed :biggrin2:

Genius!

:rofl!: you kill me HOF.

I enjoy sleeping with my ass outside the sheets. I make sure I wear my thong underwear so my night time farts are divided into two good blasts as opposed to one big muffled one!

In 2009, I was diagnosed with sleep apnea, the doctor said CPAP or lose weight and change diet! In 2012, I was diagnosed with type2 diabetes. Okay, now take everything seriously and lost over 30 pounds, went back to the sleep clinic and it's gone and a breathright strip helps, sleep on my side with a pillow between knees try it. The diabetes has corrected itself with medication and new eating regime. Now it's really maintenance so the problems don't happen again.

One other thing happens, I get a raging hard-on and roll over! Damn that wakes me up!

It's a bad cycle. I don't sleep well at night so I am tired throughout the day. When I get home and try to relax after work, I end up falling asleep on the couch while watching tv...then come time for bed - I'm not sleepy anymore until late at night and have to get up early. Cycle then repeats itself until the weekend...

Primo, thanks and the problem is that I'm not immortal like Connor Mcleod-I need more than one!:biggrin2:

Oh yeah, tossing off helps too.

It sucks for shift workers that actually lose track of time.

Just got up and checking what is up. Went to bed at 10 pm because of an important 8 pm meeting tomorrow.

Can't go back to sleep.

Watching porno nowv:biggrin2:

Sleep on your side. Will solve all problems.

Thank me later.
