Nope . . . apparently real footage captured by closed circuit TV on a highway in Russia.

The video's been kicking around the internet since 2010 with nobody disproving it. Lots of questions though, mainly centring on whether those are wolves or dogs.

What I find curious is that the cop is parked on the opposite side of the road, but flagging cars on this side. What was he really after? Seems odd to just be looking for someone with a headlight out.

As for not letting the cop in the car, Robin, notice the driver did get off without a ticket.
