An Oklahoma man’s tattooed penis ratted him out. 27-year-old Brandon Lee Aaron was arrested by police on Thursday with two counts of statutory rape for allegedly having sex with a 15-year-old girl who said the man’s penis was inked with the name of an old girlfriend.
Aaron was arrested on Sept. 22nd in the small town of Panama in Oklahoma after sending explicit, sexual texts to the girl, Tulsa World reports.
The Panama police chief said he viewed sexually explicit text messages he sent to and received from the teenager referencing their prior sexual activity. According to the paper, the girl’s older sister reported the interactions to police and helped the chief find Aaron at an apartment in Panama, where he was taken into custody, a probable cause affidavit states.
The girl told investigators at the Children’s Advocacy Center that she and Aaron had sex twice: once in June and the other during the weekend before he was arrested.
She was asked by the investigators about scars or marks Aaron had that wouldn’t be visible to the public, and she reported he had a tattoo of his ex-girlfriend’s name on his penis, according to the affidavit.
Aaron initially denied having sex with the girl to the LaFlore County Sheriff’s Office, but later admitted the activity took place at the girl’s sister’s apartment and at his mother’s home in Spiro, and that he “knew it was wrong” and made efforts to distance himself from her since the encounters.
After Sheriff’s deputies obtained a search warrant for Aaron’s body, they reported seeing the genital tattoo, according to court records.
Aaron is in custody at the LeFlore County Detention Center with bond set at $25,000. He is charged with two counts of second-degree rape.
The tattoo has not been charged.
