Thanks Guido. @wiseguy, words make for a better response and although some things are hard to comprehend for some, others seem to get the point

This belief misses something very important... the upside potential profit made if you could actually cure cancer, all cancers. No more need to warn people about tobacco smoking or excess alcohol and many other leading causes of cancer. Here take this pill.

That is a good video... cancer research is definitely very complex and there are so many different types. The biggest problem isn't so much killing the cancer cell (that actually easy), but doing it in a way that doesn't also kill the person. That's the big problem in chemotherapy, the delicate balance between the two. With Bacteria, its usually pretty easy to kill the bug without killing the person (hence antibiotics), but with cancer its a very very fine line that has to be titrated.
