It doesn't look right. You cannot see all the info normally shown.

I would assume they have been working on an update while keeping the site live.

Things That were not working yesterday are working now. So I am sure the rest will follow shortly.

I heard from the Oracle today - they are having technical difficulties with the site and are working on it, should be all back to normal in the next couple of days.
