I know you don't want to hear this but where were the parents and how did he get the keys to drive the car?. Or how can a 14 year old steal a car?.

A 13-year-old girl is dead after a single-vehicle crash in Caledon, Ont., that also sent the 14-year-old driver to hospital early today.
The crash happened just after 4 a.m. ET on Hurontario Street, north of Highpoint Side Road.

Caledon is about 60 kilometres northwest of downtown Toronto.

Police are investigating whether the car, which slammed into a barrier, was stolen.

The crash happened near the entrance gate to Teen Ranch Canada, described on its website as "a not-for-profit, inter-denominational, Christian Sports Camp and Retreat Facility."

Staff at Teen Ranch told CBC News that the teens involved in the crash are not from their camp. Day camps are cancelled for the day due to road closure and the police investigation.

Hurontario is closed south of Highway 9 in both directions.
