My father used to have nightmares of about "witches" sitting on his chest.
I once had an experience where I woke up and had sleep paralysis and it felt like a warm weight was lying on me, felt female, and pleasant.
I usually don't sleep on my back so I rarely have that experience.
I know for sure it wasn't my wife... she never does that.
I knew what it was, sleep paralysis, so it didn't bug me. Some people get into a panic because of the sleep paralysis and turn it into a nightmare.
But to me it was cool.
As I woke up, the paralysis went away and I reached up to embrace the ghost and she disappeared.
