Long grey hair doesn't look attractive on some women.

Short hair makes it easier to tolerate the hot flashes and night sweats.

Two hours!

I have long hair and it takes me 15 minutes, tops, including shampooing and conditioning, then combing it out and product on to dry. maybe two hours to dry, but it is air drying.
