Remember folks,

Your American/Canadian history teachers will always try their best to leave out atrocities that happen in non-Western countries, because apparently it's only white people that matter. So World War I, World War II, blah blah blah as long as casualties exist among white people then you're going to write a test on it. And they're always going to make white people the "heroes".
