I was audited, all my dicks lined up in a row, so no problem.
I went though it twice. First time they came to my house and stayed there for 3 hours or so. It wasn't fun but make sure you have everything ready as they will ask for everything. When I couldn't find the required document, I would check my emails too. This approach saved me a few times.Curly said:

Not even close you dont sleep on the floor with cockroaches crawling over you and have people trying to beat you for your shoes, and be forced to watch BET 24/7 but surprising the food isnt bad thoughescapefromstress said:

Audited because I didn't file for 5 years. I didn't make much back then so it was no big deal...fine me.
Worst thing - My mother passing away and being able to be there to say good bye.

I had to pay on first year but had enough evidence for second ear - he got screwed I won!!!
Got charged and found guilty in family court for not paying alimony. When I asked them if my supposed ex wife did she spit or swallow?? YOU GOT THE WRONG GUY!!!!
Got charged for not submitting payroll deductions on a company which I owed that was not operating for 5 years. rev can - gotta love them.
Worst thing- child with life threatening health problems twice. God it almost killed me.

You dont go to jail for D&D for that length of time unless you hit someone or cause extensive damage. How the process works is your arrested, taken to the police station, finger printed searched and held till they transport you to court for a bail hearing which you wont get because the discovery wont be ready. So you go to one of the holding jails (the Don) untill you can get a lawyer, thats one or two days. Then you go back to court and wait for the discovery hearing if the judge thinks your a flight risk or a danger to someone, bail will be denied and you go back to jail. Your lawyer will schedule another date with a different judge and if lucky you get bail.The Lawyers and the judges all know each other so depending on their relationship and the amount of bail your "friend" will sign for your out but you still could be under house arrest. Not an experience I would recommend.
