Not sure if this the right forum to post this, but a blog article on my "Top 10 ways to be a favourite Client" made it to the Allegra blog:

Neat! Thanks for sharing. And it is very thoughtful of you to mention common allergens, as there are a few ladies who are very allergic to shellfish, onions or nuts and have to let clients know for their safety before hand :)

Be proud bro until a new one comes on board and they will forget the good things you made better.

Congrats:) great list thank you for posting it, however, I'll say I do love a suit and tie, but arriving at certain times so formal may be a bit much and arise suspicion in some instances, look your best and always were clean, fresh smelling, well fitted clothes could be another line or interpretation of that:)

Thanks for sharing with us! We thought that it was a great list that deserved a bit more attention, and our publicist thought it was definitely worth an interview. She's really savvy and knows the industry well, so I'm glad you were willing to participate.

Looking forward to part 2 when it comes out!

The obvious reason for a suit and tie is to show you care and make an impression. Another less obvious reason is that a man in a good suit is rarely questioned by a concierge at a hotel or condo.
