Have farms where the poor have a place to grow there own food...that they pool together
to make it like a co-op......Free Bus to the farmers...have chickens etc......and I would
give free University Education to their children.......

Or do a Condo development for the poor where they own the condo at a very low rate but that too would be a co-op.....
