I'm phone free right now. My battery died and I am waiting on a replacement to be shipped. It felt odd at first but then kind of liberating.
Of course, I still have my computer so I am not disconnected entirely.

I take a vacay once a year where I go phone and internet free for the whole week. No TV either really.

I left my phone at home the other day when I went for my hair appointment. It was no big deal. I wouldn't have been on my phone anyway, so it didn't matter.

Last year I started religiously taking a few days on a monthly basis where I turn my phones off. It has been surprisingly wonderful!

As for misplacing my Batphone...I kinda do it on a daily basis. Thank goodness for being able to ping it with my watch lol
