Yep, me too. When it was on TV, the whole neighborhood went to the one has house that had color TV to watch it. It was a yearly event!

I definitely remember this movie...still can't remember but if I had to come up with one...perhaps the little rascals.....three stooges....those were classic ones......not sure if it was a movie or tv show...
