Cycling is a great stress reliever!

Seriously... We all have things we worry about, the trick is to think them through BEFORE you hit the pillow!

For many people in this hustle and bustle world, the only time to think about this stuff is when they hit the pillow at night... for me, I think about all this stuff while I'm riding the trails...

That way, I can do other things when I get to bed!
