I've come close a few times. One was just like above, 360 on the 401, too fast in the snow.
Another was boating as a teenager, flipped my SeaFlea
And too many bike accidents to mention as a teenager. Nobody ever had a helmet back then, and impaired bike riding didn't work well for me.
