This I think is comparable to an orgasm, for me. Brie cheese, melted with shaved almonds, and in it I like to dip apple slices, mushrooms, strawberries. YummmmmY!!
I also love a very old cheddar, a good blue with my red wine, tons of shredded tex mex blend melted over my nacho's and a marble cheese with sweet mixed pickles. gotta love cheese

My favorite salad would be a tossed with lots of fresh veggies, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber, tomatoes, spinach, romaine lettuce, red pepper, red onion, cheddar cheese., olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Serve that with a baguette and more olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dipping and it's heaven!

I love cheese...mostly English cheeses. Wensleydale, Cheshire and Caerphilly especially.

If the cheese in on top of Ms C, I'll be happy with just about anything.

As for salad...a really good Caeser is hard to find.
