This here is MY list, not one of those stupid online ones. Please feel free to add your own 'Top 10 Lists".

(in no particular order)

10. A good wardrobe for any occasion, (including appropriate shoes)
9. A really nice bottle of scotch, tequila or other quality alcohol and a few cigars (for celebratory occasions)
8. A decent set of tools
7. Good table wear, cutlery and wine glasses
6. Quality personal grooming products
5. Sports equipment, (football, baseball glove, camping stuff, frisbee, bicycle)
4. A valid passport
3. An instrument (doesn't matter what, so long as you can play something, even badly)
2. Decent linens and towels
1. Cellular telephone

Not sure about an instrument. Owning but not playing well is a bit pretentious. That's prob why I keep trumpets hidden away and I've yet to bring my piano put of storage.

I would include a nice wristwatch on the list.

A passport is fine. A real interesting man would not need one, or would possess several. ;)

See the other thread about how I'm not much of a man. Same thing here.

You trying to make me cry, a 1?

Hmm I'm not so sure it is as important to personally possess these things as it is to have owned them and mastered them at some point in his life...enough so that he knows what to do and is able to handle himself accordingly when put in a similar situation again. But what the hell do I know, I'm not a guy.

Waaaaay too long for me. I get them every 2 months. I'm OCD that way.
That is wonderful....Now you are not getting the Spiderman, Batman and Aquaman...ones are
you........I saw an sp once and she had on a Hello Kitty on...I laughed so hard.....
Hello Kitty......even now thinking of it.....:LMAO:

10. A good wardrobe for any occasion, (including appropriate shoes)- I have a lot of hoodies and sweat shirts. Does that count?
9. A really nice bottle of scotch, tequila or other quality alcohol and a few cigars (for celebratory occasions)- No alcohol in the house but do have some high quality weed.
8. A decent set of tools- I can barely turn a screwdriver so guess what? No tools
7. Good table wear, cutlery and wine glasses- All my table wear was absconded from eating establishments I frequented throughout the years, lol.
6. Quality personal grooming products- I have a really good trimmer , does that count.
5. Sports equipment, (football, baseball glove, camping stuff, frisbee, bicycle)- All got thrown out or given away years ago.
4. A valid passport- That I have. Never know when I might have to flee the country, lol.
3. An instrument (doesn't matter what, so long as you can play something, even badly) I have zero musicale ability and therefore no instrument.
2. Decent linens and towels- Hmm...they are a little tattered now that I think of it.
1. Cellular telephone Don't own a cell phone. I know I'm in the 1%

I'm feeling really depressed now and I'm questioning my manhood, lol

7. Good table wear, cutlery and wine glasses ABSOLUTELY
6. Quality personal grooming products YUP
5. Sports equipment, (football, baseball glove, camping stuff, frisbee, bicycle) Check except for camping gear. My big ass only sleeps in air-conditioned rooms with a bed!
4. A valid passport OF COURSE
3. An instrument (doesn't matter what, so long as you can play something, even badly) Do skin flutes count??
2. Decent linens and towels Definitely
1. Cellular telephone Wouldn't leave home without it.
Bosco you might have the killer abs but I've completed the man's list!:biggrin2:

well, that list may apply to some, but seriously, i find it more than a bit pretentious actually. I mean, a lot of it has to do with getting laid...no...? lol...

an instrument? badly? That reminds me of the scene in animal house at the toga party with the guy on the stairs singing "i bought my love a cherry, that had no stone.." then blutto comes along and smashes it against the wall.....I've been at a few camping parties etc where some nob pulls out a guitar and attempts to sing something or play something.....arrrrgh then they turn off the stereo to listen to him butcher a song or two....or you get the divas who can actually play and they become the focus of attention.....like they didn't plan it that way?

Now i've been to a few parties where a number of people play and you get a mini concert....that's cool......

cigars? if you're saving them for a celebration you'll also need a humidor otherwise they'll be crap by the time you have something to celebrate....

clothes for any occasion.....ummm ok if you have deep pockets because I've only ever needed a tux once.....and since i left the corporate world my suits are way out of date......

good table wear? seriously? player, you must have earned your honorary vagina lol.....most of the women i've dated don't really care what it served on, as long as it's good.....(I have a set of $100 wine glassed (4) that have been used...oh....3 times in 20 yrs?) and you forgot a fine lined table cloth.....complete with napkins and you forgot one should know how to fold them....and let's not forget the candlesticks, centerpiece, etc. and if you're going to all that trouble, let's not forget the table to put them all on.....

sporting equipment? sorry, that applies to people in offices or those who have cushy jobs lol....like I have the energy to go play baseball after working construction all day/week in these temps?

The only thing that I would say a guy should have, a good gas bbq and a place to cook on it.....

But if you're getting into frou frou stuff, more important that table wear etc I'd say a good mattress and even better sheets...chicks LOVE it when you have 800 thread count sheets.........(the lowest i'll buy is 400 or so.....i bought some 200 and you could spit through them).

oh, one other thing, a reliable car in good condition....you never know when a) you'll have to take her out or b) make a quick getaway.......you don't want to be sitting in the driveway with the car cranking over and stalling when her husband/boyfriend comes home early......
