I am not a huge fan of painrelievers...they tend to mask things your body is trying to tell you. That doesn't mean I won't take them myself when I feel the need, but I stick to ibuprofen (which is a much better painreliever than acetomenophen in my opinion) and then only when I need to relieve a rather nasty pain. Pain is your body's way of highlighting a problem; popping pills every time you hurt will not help you learn what the underlying issues are, and how to alleviate them in the future. Overuse or misuse of pain relievers is a major issue in today's quick-fix world of medicine.
