I find it a shame that more isn't discussed about male menopause. Lots of products and advertising for women'n menopause but little for men and they suffer too. Hormonal changes occur in both sexes yet little is said to help men suffering the effects of hormonal changes. Maybe this article will help some, or provoke some into asking their doctors for guidance. ..https://www.healthline.com/health/menopause/male#symptoms

As a body ages it does go through changes. While staying active and adjusting your diet will help. There is little you can do to stop the process.. Before you run off and decide that HGH sounds like the answer. Check with your doctor and remember they might know more than you do.

I don't think anyone should want to stop the process, as it's a natural one, but there are ways of managing the body's changes to make them more comfortable and these should be made known as much as they are for women going through menopausal changes. Always checking with one's doctor before considering adding any supplements or treatments is a must.
