Made with Love

A Single Chinese Town Makes Most of the World's Christmas Decorations

Damn reindeer....always pooping on the production floor?

Not so much the Reindeer as it is the restrictions on dust and since the Elves have had to stop smoking in the work place production has dropped.

Before they all were happy puffing away on Santa's secret Tobacco while working..............Oh sure they ate more but were happier.

Yiwu in China is not only home to the world’s largest wholesale commodity market but also many of the “Just in Time” factories that produce seasonal or trending products.

Christmas consumables are produced in summer ready for wholesale, packaging and shipping to principally western markets. Ahead of the main body of documentary work from the field trip we've released this sattirical Xmas card. More of a jab at Western Consumption than Chinese production!
