Made with Love

Abortion rights.

Her body, her decision.

Absolutely he should be punished. You can't trick someone into performing an abortion.
I see that you can't understand that.

Her body, her decision.
It is a very basic concept.

Not saying he had is right but do have to agree with this.

But I'm seeing many commenters saying that a 14-year sentence is excessive for a 6-week-old fetus -- especially when you consider many people get much lighter sentences (if any at all) for manslaughter cases where already-born adults and children are killed. Take the teen who got off scot-free after killing four people while drunk driving because he had "affluenza" (cough!).

Love it or hate it the law is the law

Sometimes the law is an ass and we should contest any law that is unjust. I'm not speaking for this particular case because I agree it's her body and he was wrong for tricking her but the law should state if he insists on an abortion and she does not she is entitled to have the baby but the father should be absolved of any responsibility.

Can they just flip the coin?

Sorry poor judgement on me but had to say it.

Oh wow! An abortion thread. What could possibly go wrong?

Personally I am in favor of post-natal abortions.

say into the 3rd decade a parent can abort a non-productive zigot
