About drinking and driving.

We were at a local bar and one of our friend wanted to drive home after a few too many drinks. Joe says to him, buddy you can't even walk straight how do you think you can drive straight. My drunk friend looked at him, thought for a minute and handed over his keys. Maybe that line might work with others or is it because my friend had a conscience?.

Not using exactly scientific terms, I thing one would say he was "feeling pretty good", but not "drunk".
