I am so way way way behind on my reviews. Some of the beautiful women I've seen have now moved on. Some of you review even though they left the industry. I can't do that because value is zero for the brothers.

I want to ask the masses here what your thoughts are on reviewing a SP that is finito?.


BTW, reviews are pouring as fast as I shoot, the last few days. Bigguy, give them all an additional medal Funky & Music

I agree that there's not much point if the lady is no longer in the business. I also got behind in my reviews--when I caught up earlier this year there were a couple I didn't bother writing since I couldn't find any recent ads, at least in the GTA.

So you only review on behalf of your "brothers" ? I would hope that some clients review to help the escort they're reviewing. Even though these ladies have left, as you stated, a good review could still be of benefit to them. So if I were you, I'd still comment. But great minds don't always thing alike, lol.

I don't understand why Cristy. If the lady is no longer in the business then how am I helping her? She'd probably rather be forgotten and not talked about. Nor does it help my "brothers" if they have no chance to see the lady.

If the lady comes back under the same name, then I might write a review. If she's gone, it just seems pointless. You know, like boobs with no nipples...

I say post it if it's a good review. Help the lady leave on a high note. And if she comes back she has a good returning point. It's good for you too as it's a way to record your memories and share your experiences. If it's an indie and you can still contact her it might be a good idea to ask if she minds. If she's an agency SP, and the agency gave good service, then it's good exposure for the agency too.

:LMAO: Well as I said not all great minds think alike. However, unless an escort has erased her presence completely, then I still think good comments help and are appreciated by them. As it is my belief that some that leave their profiles and pics online, and I do realize it is complicated, but not impossible, to have them all removed, may have it in their minds to return at some point. So the good comments will add to their profiles. But we all do as we see fit, so do what you feel is apppropriate. Remember Bolty, I'm not right all the time:wink2:

The thread is about 'should you a review an escort once she's left the industry'. What would be the point of reviewing an escort who has left the industry? Who would it benefit?

The review isn't adding value other hobbyists as they will never have the opportunity to see her given she's left the industry.

It won't benefit the escort as she's not seeking any new business in the industry.

Doesn't benefit the board as it won't help generate any new advertising $ from the escort as she's not advertising her services anywhere anymore.

It also doesn't help the board to have useless reviews sitting in inventory as some will not realize the lady has moved on and may be frustrated when they try to contact the lady for a session based on outdated contact info in the review only to get radio silence.

Some board members, as has recently been stated, will even go so far as to accuse the reviewer of 'self-promotion' and wasting readers' time by writing a useless 'me too' review, which doesn't exactly make members want to post even more reviews.

To me at least, writing a review of a lady who has left the industry is totally pointless. If she comes back at a later date, and you want to review an older encounter from a time just prior to her hiatus, then I'd say go for it.

Otherwise, kind of a waste of time all around.

A review of a retired lady seems pointless if it's in a marketing sense. Otherwise, it's just the hobbier relating his session good or bad. I understand that if the lady is still present online and she reads a positive review, it helps her ego or just makes her feel good, but what if she left and doesn't want anything to do with the industry and may have not deleted her online presence entirely....?

Good to see you back you make valid points and to answer your last point, well, positive comments never hurt anyone, in or out of the industry. But, how or why, when and where, anyone reviews will always be debatable and up to those who are on review boards to post or not.

Danny I'm in the same boat as you and woefully behind in my reviews as well. Still back in January for Toronto and have a bunch from the Montréal trip as well. There is at least one lady who has retired on my list. I don't see any value in writing a review at this point and the effort is better spent on someone who is currently active.

Reviews are mutually beneficial to both the ladies and the brothers.

Not much point in a review of a lady who is no longer in business, but you could put a description of her in the thread about ladies you wish would come out of retirement... I think there is one of HUBGFE...
